2011/12 Won Group B of the Vodacom League Playoffs, winning 3 out of 3 matches and earning promotion to the NFD.
2012/13 7th in the NFD, their maiden season of professional football.
2013/14 3rd in the NFD. Beat Bloem Young Tigers 1 – 1 (5 – 4 Pen) in 1st round of Nedbank Cup, but lost 0 – 1 to African Warriors in the round of 16. Finished 3rd in the Promotional Playoffs and stay in the NFD.
2014/15 6th in the NFD.
2015/16 6th in the NFD. Lost 3 – 4 to Highlands Park in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup.
2016/17 14th in the NFD. Lost 2 – 3 to Royal Eagles in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup.
2017/18 6th in the NFD. Lost 0 – 2 to CT All Stars in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup. Milano United sold their NFD status to TTM FC with the franchise moving to the Limpopo Province.
2018/19 3rd in the NFD. Finished 2nd behind Maritzburg United in the Promotional Playoffs to stay in the NFD. Lost 0 – 2 to Chippa United in the Round of 1 of the Nedbank Cup.
2019/20 3rd in the NFD. Finished bottom of the mini log in the Promotional Playoffs behind Black Leopards and Ajax CT to remain in the NFD. Lost 3 – 4 to Uthongathi FC in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup. 2020/21 Bought the status of Bidvest Wits and took their place in the ABSA Premiership, finishing 12th.
Beat Supersport United 1 – 0 in Round one of the Nedbank Cup, beat Swallows FC on penalties in the Round of 16, beat Black Leopards 2 – 0 in the Quarterfinals, beat Mamelodi Sundowns on penalties in the Semi—finals and beat Chippa United 1 – 0 in the final.
2021/22 Sold their Premier League status to Marumo Gallants and participated in the GladAfrica Championship, finishing 13th. Beat CT All Stars 2 – 1 in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup, beat Golden Arrows on penalties in Round one, beat Sinekani FC 3 – 0 in the Round of 16, beat Supersport United 3 – 2 AET in the Quarterfinals, before losing 0 – 1 to Marumo Gallants in the Semi-finals.
2022/23 15th in the MFC and relegated to the ABC Motsepe League. Lost 1 – 7 to All Stars FC in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup.
