2022/23 Bought the GladAfrica Championship status of Free State Stars and moved the team to Mpumalanga. 3rd in the MFC. Beat Uthongathi FC 3 – 0 in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup, beat Mkhambathi FC 3 – 0 in Round One, but lost 1 – 2 in the round of 16.
