CLUB HISTORY:

The club started playing competitive soccer in the SAB league before acquiring a South African Division 2 status just before the 2010/11 soccer season and is wholly owned by the Matsebula brothers, S’khumbuzo and Oupa who are well recognized successful businessmen in the commercial property and commuter transport business

2010/11  Acquired a second division status

2011/12  3rd in the Vodacom League

2012/13  Provincial Winners of the Vodacom League. Lost 1 – 4 to Vasco da Gama in Round One of the Nedbank Cup.

2013/14  Provincial Winners of the Vodacom League. Lost 3 – 4 AET to Moroka Swallows in Round One of the Nedbank Cup.

2014/15  Winners of the Mpumalanga Division of the ABC Motsepe League. Winners of Group A of the National Playoffs to qualify for the National First Division. Won the National Playoffs final 2 – 1 against Mthatha Bucks.

2015/16  3rd in the NFD and qualified for the Promotional Playoffs where they finished 2nd behind Highlands Park to remain in the NFD. Beat Vasco da Gama 3 – 2 in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup, beat Sibanye Golden Stars 4 – 0 in round one before losing 1 – 3 to Mamelodi Sundowns in the round of 16.

2016/17  6th in the NFD. Beat Real Kings in the preliminary round of the Nedbank Cup, beat Days FC 5 – 2 in Round 1 before losing 1 – 2 to Bloemfontein Celtic in Round 2.
