CT ALL STARS 0 REAL KINGS 1
Real Kings registered their first win over the Cape side to climb above their hosts on the log and into the top half of the table. Ndzimande grabbed his first goal of the season for the KZN side. WITBANK SPURS 1 ROYAL EAGLES 1
After a great result the previous week in the Mpumalanga derby, Spurs were hoping to continue their form at home. But, they ended up having to fight from behind after Komane had given visiting Eagles the lead. Makhele finally found the net for Spurs to deny the KZN side the win. The visitors never gave up hope and snatched their 3rd point on the road with a Versuur header with only 6 minutes remaining. Lidoda Duvha took the lead 10 minutes before the break when Ndlovu latched onto Musonda’s pass and buried his shot. Cosmos had to wait for the 71st minute to equalize and the goal came when Maziya’s pinpoint ball was slotted home by Mntambo for his 2nd goal of the season. Both sides continued to pile on the pressure, but it was the home side who were to come out victorious when Mkhize netted his third of the season with 3 minutes remaining. Cosmos climb to 3rd on the log and are still unbeaten at home, while Leopards slip to 13th.
